Shahid Kapoor has ample opportunity to showcase his super dancing skills in Chance Pe Dance. It was Ken Ghosh, who introduced Shahid to Bollywood with his 2003 movie Ishq Vishk.

However Director Ken Ghosh gets it wrong this time despite genuine efforts by Shahid Kapoor and the pretty Genelia who looks terrific and is comfortable in her part of a charming, teeny bopper of a character. Shahid’s post-Kaminey charisma, bulgy biceps and nifty footwork don’t work out well for the audience. Mohnish Behl is good as the fidgety director, while Pariskshit Sahni is the hapless, hardworking dad of the struggling hero.

Adnan Sami’s music in Chance Pe Dance is peppy while choreography by Ahmed Khan and Marty Kudelka is worth a mention even the cinematography is good.
