Genre:Horror    Recommended: Parental Guidance    Released:  7 September 2007

Producer: Bhushan Kumar, Kishan Kumar
Director: Ram Gopal Varma
Starring: Fardeen Khan, Esha Deol, Isha Koppikar

This Ram Gopal Varma's movie is the story of a man, his wife and his dead lover. The movie's tagline calls it "a killer love story".

Aditya Soman (Fardeen Khan) is a philandering, unfaithful husband, who, nevertheless, loves his wife and kid. Office affairs are just another perk he enjoys, with no strings attached. But when he gets in physical relationship with his secretary Gita Menon (Esha Deol), he has no clue what a deadly mess he'll find himself in.

Aditya and his wife Ashwini

When the married Aditya embarks on a passionate affair with his colleague Geeta , it is just one of the many affairs for him. But for her, it is much more than that. She truly believes that Aditya will divorce his wife Ashwini and marry her.

Aditya, too, hangs around her as long as it suits him. But suddenly things take a deadly turn. Gita gets pregnant, but Aditya refuses to ditch his wife. In a scuffle that ensues, Gita dies accidentally. But she returns as a ghost to haunt Aditya.

She comes back as a Ghost..

Gita's wild wanton ways camouflage her insecurity. She knowing well that he is married, has an affair with Aditya. And she believes he loves her enough to marry her. But the truth kills her. And then she comes back to collect what's her due.

Ashvini (Isha Koppikar) is Aditya's pretty, homely middle-class wife. Her world revolves around her husband and son. When her husband starts acting strange, she blames it on stress and tension rather than a vengeful ghost.

Geeta, played by Esha Deol

Haunted by guilt and Geeta's ghost, Aditya turns into a nervous wreck. She walks all over Fardeen's life, and she is impressively scary with a piercing and considerably disarming gaze

'Darling' is the story of an adulterous husband who is haunted by the ghost of his dead mistress. It is a pretty watchable film and it surely does have its scary moments,

The film has good music by Himesh Reshammiya and others.
