Welcome to a world filled with friends, love and
Laughter, a world where life is defined by friendship
and friendship is defined by love. Childhood buddies -
Paglu, Amu and Abhi live the lives of each other. They
drink, eat & sleep together. They certainly are an
integral part of each others lives.
Amu (Ayesha Takia) is a girl amongst the two guys,
though Paglu (Ritesh Deshmukh) and Abhi (Aftab
Shivdasani) don' treat her like one. Paglu is the one
who makes her realize about her feelings and helps her
get her love.

Directed by E. Niwas and produced by Ravi Walia the film
takes a turn when Kartika (Rimi Sen) comes in their
life, the whole dynamics of their friendship changes.
Abhi has now fallen for Kartika whom he met at a charity
function. He falls for her beauty, but she is after his
money, and Amu and Paglu go through dramatic situations
making their best friend realize the reality in the end.
Screenplay by Abbas Tyrewala
masterfully incorporates the fluff and the slightly
darker touches making for a genuinely funny, interesting
and contemporary love story. Superb songs by
Vishal-Shekhar are full of interesting compositions,
excellent arrangements and fresh lyrics (Vishal Dadlani,
Abbas Tyrewala).
Aftab Shivadasani is a talented actor proving his
come-back. Riteish Deshmukh is excellent and with every
film, he masters the comic scenes. This film largely
works due to his endearing screen presence and his
range. Ayesha Takia is immensely likeable, doing well in
both the comic and the emotional portions. The sexy
Rimmi Sen revels in the meaty role and gives a very
entertaining performance.
Fun-filled and love - filled moments collide.
Friendships break to turn into love. De Taali captures
Friendship in its most real form. The movie isn't
perfect, there are many things that could have been done
better, cinematography and editing that would have
improved the movie… Yet, it is still an enjoyable film.

Abhi is the rich, kind and classy guy who
falls in love every time he meets a weird girl. Life
however takes a serious fun turn when one of them falls
in love with the other. And the one is sadly in love
with some one else all together.
A simple film, where this
gang of three friends live it up. One holiday after
another, having fun all out. Abhi the rich boy is a flirt
and, in flashbacks, we meet his past loves - a shoplifter,
then a druggie and we realize that he is unaware of his
precise taste in women. Then he has a hilarious encounter
with a psychic (Neha Dhupia) who claims that "she can see
dead people" and proceeds to a calm place Chitrakoot. Abhi
moves around with a tilak and beads around his neck. But
as happened n number of times in the past, he is now
nursing his heart again after a painful breakup.
At one stage when Abhi says that she's the one, his pal
Paglu corrects him saying "She's not the one, she's 31",
referring to her number on Abhi’s girlfriends list. Amu,
the tomboyish girl who hangs with them is the more
sensible among the three. Paglu is the one with bright
business ideas that he never succeeds in. But he's
eternally devoted to Abhi and Amu.
