Love Ka
Tadka as the title suggests brings to the screen some
romance and the various spices it has.
Also, we
have an overtly emotional Sheetal’s father played by
Satish Kaushik who insists on coming to stay with her.
They evade him till they manage to move into their new
house.
The couple save enough money to buy an apartment, but
still run short of funds. So they enter a deal with the
owner that they would pay the entire balance amount
within a year or forfeit the apartment and the money
they have already paid.
Now it dawns on them that their apartment is in building
where all members of the housing society are strictly
vegetarians. And to make the matters worse, Sheetal’s
father is a non-vegetarian. As already her father is
unhappy with his son-in-law, they decide not to reveal
to him that the society they reside in is pure
vegetarian.

Aditya (Sammir Dattani) is a middle class handsome dude
struggling to make ends meet working in a Finance
company as an executive. He is the type who shows off
more than what he has financially.
At work, Aditya's life revolves around his friend Vicky
and his corrupt boss. He accidentally bumps into pretty
Sheetal (Nauheed Cyrusi) who keeps mistaking him for a
Romeo.
Following his friend Vicky’s advice, Aditya often lands in
a misunderstanding situation. And to prove his innocence,
he further ends up creating a bigger confusion. Fearing
that he would lose Sheetal, he lies to her that he is a
Manager in his firm and lives in a cool condominium.
He falls in love with her. And
then they end up getting married. The story does not end
here, as on the contrary, the situation gets spicier.
After marriage, Sheetal is stunned to see that her husband
is not as well off as he pretended to be and even more
disgusted at entering a chawl after marriage.
But finally they both manage to pool in money to buy an
apartment.
The real cat and mouse game begins when the two have to
smuggle the banned food items (non-veg food) into the
house and the keep the balancing act between the father
and the society members.
Do they get to keep their dream house and will they manage
to keep their love for non vegetarian food a secret from
their neighbors?
Love ka Tadka is an average fun film.
