Starring: Rajpal Yadav, Aashish Chaudhary, Neha
Dhupia, Amrita Arora, Razak Khan
Director: S. Chandrakant
Debutante director S. Chandrakant attempts to weave
humor in the plot which leaves the movie light hearted.
Santosh (Rajpal Yadav) is a disillusioned man,
single-n-looking in search of a perfect wife who can be
humble and ideally carry all his orders well. He marries
to Shanti (Neha Dhupia) who is a small town girl but
later finds that Shanti is not the one who he had
desired.

His
boss Prem (Ashish Chaudhary) too has an uneasy married
life since his wife Khushi (Amrita Arora) is too
demanding as a wife. Aashish is an excellent husband,
but Amrita seeks divorce in the end. It should've been
the other way round.
Towards
end however, how Santosh and Prem realize their
mistakes, and learn to care and give importance to their
respective wives is what the story of the film is all
about.
The talented Rajpal Yadav, is somewhat loud in this
film. Had the screenplay and direction been a bit
superior, it would have turned out to be a classy adult
comedy. Aashish Choudhary is bit rigid at times could
have been more natural.

This marriage was fixed with the help of his neighbors Mr
and Mrs Khurana (Anupam Kher and Rati Agnihotri) with a
positive attitude. Later on it is this senior couple who
have to bear with petty differences and trivial clashes
between this newly married couple.
Shanti too, is unhappy with her husband's attitude and
this is not what she had yearned for. Then some trivial
differences start popping up and now, getting fed up by
his wife, Santosh starts day dreaming and imaging other
women as his wives.

The otherwise glamour dolls
Amrita Arora and Neha Dhupia do their best to actually act
in this movie. Anupam Kher and Rati Agnihotri are
adequate. Rati Agnihotri even at this age is glamorous and
Anupam Kher is apt in his part.
Rama Rama Kya Hai Dramaaa is a fair entertainer which
could have been a great comedy film. Siddharth-Suhas'
music is above average, the dialogues are funny at places.
