TWO decades since British girl group Spice Girls debuted their smash hit, “Wannabe,” the iconic music video has been recreated with non-other than mega star Jacqueline Fernandez in it. She is one of the ‘Spice Girls’ representing India in the film, along with British hip hop group M.O, Nigerian singer Seyi Shay, South African award winning Hip Hop artist Gigi Lamayne, singer Moneoa and American dancer Taylor Hatala.

Ever since the film hit the internet it has gone viral with 36 Million views and has been retweeted and shared by many of Hollywood’s super stars. The original Spice Girl Victoria Beckham and Hollywood actress Emma Watson were amongst countless personalities to support the film

The film has collected over Rs. 100.03 crores (USD 15 million) across the globe in the opening weekend with Rs. 73.02 crores gross (Rs. 53.31 crores Net box Office) in India and Rs. 27.01 crores overseas. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala & Eros International and directed by Farhad-Sajid, the film starring Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh and Abhishek Bachchan opened worldwide on 3rd June 2016.


One of the most anticipated films of the year, Housefull 3 set the cash registers ringing with the release day (Friday) collecting over ₹ 15.21 crores in India and continued to witness the upward trend on Saturday with ₹ 16.30 crores. Courtesy a blockbuster Sunday, the film saw an unprecedented response raking in ₹ 21.80 crores, taking the total weekend net to Rs. 53.31 crores.


The film opened to an impressive start in the overseas markets as well with phenomenal collections in the US and Canada with USD 700000 plus in 3 daysThe film collected approximately F$141,000 in Fiji in 4 days, creating a new record to become the highest ever Bollywood grosser in the country, beating Bajrangi Bhaijaan’s collections of F$125,000.

We all are aware of the huge destruction the incessant rains last year in Tamilnadu caused. The rains led to losses to lives, assets, households and livelihood of the people.

While it is already out of the memory of most of the people, there are still a few who are putting in their best to help the affected victims rebuild their homes and restart their lives.

Jacqueline Fernandez is one of them, the actress has joined hands with an NGO, Habitat for Humanity, and they have in unison launched a Tamil Nadu Flood Relief Campaign ‘Jacqueline Builds’ .

For her initiative funds are being raised to build these houses and the help the victims.

On collection of enough funds Jacqueline will be visiting Chennai and manually building houses for the victims.

Jacqueline’s team is leaving no stone unturned as they also largely feel towards the cause the actress is supporting. They are putting in their best to help the actress on her initiative.

The actress’s entire team, her manager, her assistant, her hair and make up artist, her spot and her driver have lend their support to the cause by contributing as possible much in their capacity.

This is surely called amazing team work !

Jacqueline shares, “It is grievous to see that people don’t have a shelter over their head during such a calamity. It is truly heart-breaking. My team feels likewise and has extended their support to the cause.”

Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez were recently placed in Abu Dhabi for their shoot schedule of their upcoming film Dishoom directed by Rohit Dhawan.

The two who are known to be amongst the most fit celebrities, in fact use to work out together on the sets of the film.

Both the actors were frequently spotted doing workouts and at the gym together.
They dedicated an hour each day and use to in fact share their work out regime!

The two have learnt many more tips from each other’s workout schedule and had quite amount of fun in doing so!
